Stopped by today, around 1 or so - website said "no appointment needed". Great - walked in and confirmed that they had an open chair. The stylist asked me if I had "checked in" on line. "Nope - just stopping by" - I replied. "You have to sign in" she said, pointing at console. "You need to put in your phone number." "No thanks", I said, "i don't like to give out private information and I just want a haircut." "No", she said. "If you don't give us your phone number, I can't help you." And she walked away. So I left. You have lost a customer (who has been in this place before (last time May) without having to give you private info. Not sure I get your business model - open chair - customer wanting service - demand info that has nothing to do with the service and then refuse service. Good luck with that.
